The large open plan living room has two large sofas which comfortably seat eight guests. The sliding doors from the living room open onto the veranda with a fabulous sea view, ideal for outside dining and winding down. This in turn leads to the pool area. The dining table seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and all the mod cons. There is a working wood-burning fireplace. The villa is ideally located 5 minutes away from Praia da Luz with its pretty beach, restaurants, bars and shops. It is possible to walk down to the village, it's about 15 minutes downhill. The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views and a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
