We have 3 apartments in the Baia Village complex which is a unique arrangement of 29 luxury 1 and 2 Bedroom apartments within its own large, landscaped gardens with large swimming pool, all of which is well maintained and tended.

We have 4 ground floor two bedroom apartment with patios onto grassed areas looking towards large the communal swimming pool. Lounge / dining room with digital satellite with BBC and 'free to air' channels. Patio doors to large terrace overlooking the pool and garden areas. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

We also have 1 first floor one bedroom apartment with terrace to un spoilt sea views. again facing the wonderful swimming pool.

Outside Areas:
A large and well maintained garden surrounds the shared pool. (although the complex is quiet and you will generally have the pool to yourself).

A conventional BBQ is provided.
Roof terrace giving views of the ocean.
Underground parking with remote control access.

Coast/Beach:
There are some of the best beaches in the Algarve in this area the closest is 10 minutes walk. Gale beach is one of the largest in the Algarve 20 minutes walk (you are spoilt for choice here there is many smaller beaches within walking distance), Coelho beach has the best fish restaurant around other beaches are. Sao Rafael, Lourenco and many more

Golf:
Salgados Golf Course 1km. Several others within a short drive.

Travel:
The centre of Albufeira is 8 minutes drive where you can visit the old town with its nightly entertainment of live singers and street performers shops bars and restaurants or you could try out the strip with its many bars and discos. The Spanish border is 50 minutes drive. If you go west along the coast the resorts of Portimao, Praia de Rocha, Alvor, Lagos, Sagres and Cape St Vincent are all within a 50 minutes drive car hire is recommended but not essential

Distances
Faro airport is 40 minutes drive.
Golf is 5/10 mins drive.

Further details
Several good restaurants and bars within a short walk. Something for everyone ranging from Portuguese, Chinese, Indian, Indonesian and English. There is a mini market opposite for your little needs ie papers, milk, bread and so on. There is large supermarkets near by. Algarve shopping is 10 minutes drive a large shopping mall with bowling ally, cinema (films are in English with Portuguese sub titles) and large food hall. Water parks are within easy reach-Aqua Land and Zoo-Marine are 10 minutes drive slide and Splash Aqua show are 25 minutes drive. There is many more activities close by golf, water sports, tennis, horse riding, fishing, diving and cycling.
