The Villa is situated 300 metres from Coelho beach (Praia da Coelho, Albufeira) in a small suburb of Sesmarias near Albufeira marina. The villa is in a very quiet area, with perfect location for walking to local restaurants or driving to local attractions, yet with peace and quiet away from the crowd.
The villa is one of six luxury villas which were consturcted to an extremely high quality in 2009 and has four bedrooms, large living / dining area, well equipped kitchen with laundry room, underfloor heating, air conditioning and alarm system.
The spacious living / dining area built on the ground floor overlooks the landscaped courtyard garden / patio and has a wonderful ceiling made as a dome from the typical terracotta of the region.

The fully equipped kitchen has all necessary appliances, a laundry room is also available.

Kitchen: This lovely kitchen extending onto the dining room has a breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, cooking utensils, crockery, iron, ironing board and all mod cons!

linen/maid service: Towels and Linen are provided for villa use only. Pool towels not supplied. Maid service sheet change mid stay included. Additional cleans or linen change to be paid for to our management company as requested.
