Kitchen:This lovely dining room/kitchen has a long table and 12 chairs, the breakfast bar has 4 stools, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery, iron, ironing board, everything you need to cook at home.

Utility Room:The separate utility room has a kitchen sink, dishwasher, tumble dryer, cleaning equipment, wet vac/hoover.

Living Rooms:A lovely large lounge area with the stunning stone fireplace as its focal point, underfloor heating/air conditioning, plasma TV, satellite, DVD player, 2 "L" shaped leather settees, coffee tables, standard lamps, double doors leading onto the courtyard.

Other:A Sauna/Steam room which sits 12. Annex which houses the games room with table tennis, pool, cards, plasma TV, Satellite.

The property is ideal for a large family, two or more families, varied guests, wedding parties and perfect for golfers.

This property is a large unique property on one level, apart from the attached annexe/games room which requires a few steps.

But it is the annexe/games room which is the focal point of this property. An original building which has been beautifully and sympathetically modernised to create its own significant backdrop behind the amazing pool and terraced area.

This property resides on a large estate, full of character, plenty of spacious outdoor living areas to relax and enjoy the long sunny days and balmy evenings.

The property is full of quality outdoor furniture, from the rattan dining tables and chairs to the stunning lounge seating in both the courtyard and pool area, with giant parasols to protect you from the sun.

Sun beds and barbecue help make the experience one to remember. There is enough room to keep private from each other should you wish and the children will no doubt congregate in their very own games room or around the large pool.

The villa is located within extensive grounds of 7000m2, has a large oval swimming pool.

Casa White Kalmia is set in the countryside yet close to beaches, golf resorts and the lovely town of Loule. The delightful and pretty village of Alte is 15 minute drive away.

Loule is steeped in character, and has shops and a fantastic market. During the summer months the town is a feast of culture and music with many festivals, music and entertainment take place for all the family.

The lovely beach resorts of Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura and Albufeira are within easy reach, as are the water parks of Aquashow and Splash and Ride. Also close by are many family attractions such as Zoomarine.
